According to OverTheCap the Raiders have $8.2 MM in cap space which ranks 17th in the NFL, but they still have to pay the 7 rookies they just drafted. Henry Ruggs and Damon Arnette were the Raiders first round picks, and the other 5 players were taken in rounds 3 and 4, so the Raiders may have to cut some players to save money.
