Tim Tebow "Have Gun, Will Travel"

Palladin, "Have Helmet, will Travel"
RUN TIM RUN!!!!!!!!
According to Yahoo Sports writer Eric Adelson we can all expect Tim Tebow to be the New York Jets starting QB. Sometime this season he believes that the young and inexperienced offense under Mark Sanchez to break down. Through no fault of his own Mark Sanchez will be shown the bench by mid-season in favor of Tebow's "Ball Control" ground and pound game. The Jets have a world class defense built by its Head Coach, a recognized NFL defensive genius. But with a Hall of Fame caliber quarterback in Sanchez leading an Arena league offense the Jets are doomed to a season of blown routes, dropped passes, and triple digit turnovers.

Tebow was acquired specifically for this type of situation. Rex Ryan sees "Tebow-Time" as the one thing that Mark Sanchez seriously lacks. It is that time during a football game when the whole thing is resting on your shoulders. The team needs not just a first down but a miracle made with feet, presence and a hunger to win. When QBRs don't mean a squat it is the "Intangibles" Tebow brings to the field that gets teams to the playoffs. If you pay close attention to the camp reports you see that Sanchez is more of a leader than ever before, he is snappier during drills and trying like hell to out sprint Tebow during post-practice gassers. Tebow is making him better by just applying honest "Pressure" through hard work and discipline.

Tebow will never come out and say he wants to kick Sanchez out of the starting job but you know the hunger is there. I really don't know the future for Tim but I do believe he will not be a lifetime Jet. My gut tells me he will spend the next 10-15 years as the NFL's traveling "Palladin". Pressuring under performing franchises into greatness with a shot of honest love for the game, will power, and a dash of "Tebow-Time". Experts and purists will hate Tim his entire career because despite everything he scores, leads, raises teams up and gives them the opportunity to be exciting and that sells tickets. Owners love full stadiums and secretly coaches love having a gigantic 12 year old kid full of talent and lots of heart who just want to play football.

What is Tim's next stop? Cleveland, Miami, Minnesota........
